We offer two ways to pay once you have reached checkout:

Do you ship to residential and office addresses? 

Yes we do. All orders require a signature upon receipt so we recommend you have your order delivered to an address where
someone will be available to sign and accept the package.

When do you deliver? 

We deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm your local time, and Saturdays 9am-12pm too. All orders require a signature upon
receipt so we recommend you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign and accept the

What happens if I am not present for delivery? 

Our courier will contact you the day of delivery to let you know they will attempt delivery once. If you are not present, they will contact
you (on the phone number you provided during checkout) to arrange ONE complimentary re-delivery – at a time convenient and
agreed by you.
If you are not present during this second delivery, then you will be charged for a third delivery.

Am I able to track an order?

Yes you will receive a tracking number and tracking instructions on the next business day after you have placed your order
with us.

Am I able to collect my order from you?

Unfortunately we are unable to allow collection at this point. However if you do have a special request please email us at and we will do our best!

Making changes to your order

Cancelling your order 

As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

survive asia will approve an exchange or a refund if the following conditions are met.

  • The product must be returned and reach us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We will only refund used products if they are defective. Otherwise we will not refund or exchange used products.
  • If a defective item was sent to you and the exact replacement is no longer available, you will be entitled to a refund.
    An item is considered defective if it has an inherent manufacturing flaw or if the item was damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was sent to you and a replacement for the item you originally ordered is no longer available.

All returns will be reviewed first by and we reserve the right to either:

  • Replace the product with a new item of the same original order
  • Full refund in credit for use on

Because we are not a huge organisation or a robot, you can contact us at and we will review your situation on a
case by case basis.

How do I return an item?
